When you choose Rutherford Regional Medical Center for your healthcare needs, we want your experience to be the best it can be.  Our goal is to provide you with medical care in a warm and caring environment that respects your individual needs.

Rutherford Regional is a four-time recipient of the Top 100 award as recognized by Thomson Reuters.   Thomson 100 Top Hospitals National Benchmarks for Success. This award recognizes a hospital's benefits to patients as well as the community as a whole.

We are pleased that you have selected us to provide your care, and we hope to make your stay comfortable and your recovery a speedy one.

You will find to your left a menu that directs you to all areas of our organization. However, our inpatient services specifically feature the following:

- 1st Floor Medical
- 2nd Floor Medical
- 4th Floor Surgical
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- The Birth Place

Our inpatient floors and departments utilize hourly rounding to ensure that we communicate with you in a consistent manner and so that we can check on your progress and needs continually. Each new admission is visited by our Associate Director of Nursing (ADON, and you will often see our senior administrators rounding to new patients as well.

We also use a patient satisfaction survey process to gauge your experiences so that we can make continuous improvements to our processes and facilities. If you receive a survey in the mail after you are discharged please do us the favor of filling it out (all information kept confidential unless the patient allows information to be shared).
